Shipping Policy:
Freight Shipments
This is Over-sized item shipping with standard Freight Carrier. It will arrive directly to your shipping address' nearest Curb-side.
Does not include Liftgate service, inside delivery service, or any accessorial services.
If you any Special Delivery services are needed (ie. inside delivery, liftgate service, etc.) please contact us before you make your purchase.
Shipping Exceptions
WE SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE USA EXCEPT FOR PR, AK, HI AND ZIP CODES BETWEEN 01000 - 22399, if you are located in one of these areas we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship to you but we will
THERE ARE SOME AREAS WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING INCLUDING ISLANDS, PENINSULAS, AND OTHER SPECIAL AREAS. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS WITHIN THESE AREAS, WE WILL CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW.
Shipment Damage:
Please inspect the delivery carton for any Damage, Crushed Areas, Dents, Creasing, etc., before signing the delivery receipt.
The carrier driver will not wait as you unpack and inspect all the items unless there is visible damage to the package.
If you see obvious damage to your shipment carton, you may ask driver to open the carton to inspect the contents with you.
If you find any damage, you may refuse whatever is damaged and write "Refused, due to damage" on the delivery receipt.
Please keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your damage notations and contact our Customer Care immediately.
Please keep all packaging materials for 30 days to use in return in case you discover damage or defects after delivery.
Restocking Fee:
- Up to 20% of item's price - Unopened media items or non-media items in their original condition.
- Up to 50% of item's price - Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller’s error
Returns:
If there are any items that must be returned, buyers are responsible for and must prepay for all shipping charges both way. Buyers shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit. (Retrieving a tracking number is advised when returning an item). Products must be returned in the original packaging. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or package will be refused. Buyers can email us for the RMA number.
